Sunday Morning Worship
Please join us for worship each Sunday at 8:30 and 10 AM.
When state guidelines permit, we will continue Sunday School again. Sunday School for all ages begins each Sunday at 9:00 AM (September through June).
College and Career
College and Career ministries provide opportunities for young adults in college and/or the work force to enter into the Christian faith and grow in service to Christ. Join us on Sunday evenings at 6 pm at Central Congregational Church. For details contact Chris Anderson.
Church Family Night
We have designed a night that the whole family can enjoy! Each Wednesday night beginning in September and ending the first Wednesday in May, the entire church family is invited to share in a time of growth in Christ. We begin the evening at 5:45 pm with a delicious meal. At 6:30 pm we have AWANA for children; youth ministry for those in grades 7-12; and various studies for adults. Please come and experience God’s transformation. (September – May)
All are welcome to join the Prayer Team at any time. A weekly prayer mission and occasional special prayer needs will be sent out by e-mail. The bulletin information card can be used to join or request prayer. Simply place it in the offering plate.
We believe that kids are important to God. As a result, our Children’s Ministry Director, Kathryn Pittsley, leads (with the help of many volunteers) a number of great ministries for kids beginning with our Sunday morning nursery along with Sunday School, AWANA and summer VBS.
Our Youth Director, Evan Pittsley, is passionate about finding innovative and creative ways to challenge our students grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ. Our youth ministry is for grades 7-12 and meets Wednesday Nights 6:30-8:00 (September through July). Throughout the Summer Youth Group meets on a bi-weekly basis.
If you have a gift for singing and wish to serve God through music, choir rehearsals are Thursday evenings from 7:00-8:30 pm. The choir sings twice a month on Sunday mornings from September through May. Please speak with Carolyn Thomson for details.
